Meet the Team
Gian Franco Saglimbeni, Owner
Gian Franco is the owner of PMI Gulf Coast. He is a licensed Florida Real Estate Broker and holds a Community Association Manager (CAM) license, so he understands what owners need from their investment properties and what boards need to run their communities well.
Gian started his property management business in South Florida in 2015 and joined the franchise network in 2025. Today he leads a Naples team with more than 20 years of local experience, supported by proven systems, technology, and national resources.
He believes in responsive service, transparent reporting, and clear communication with every owner and board. Under his leadership, PMI Gulf Coast manages community associations, vacation rentals, long-term rentals, and multifamily properties in Naples and the surrounding areas—and is growing across Florida.
